BC government's #SaySomething domestic violence awareness campaignMonday, March 9 2015
The B.C. government has launched a radio and social media blitz to get people talking about domestic violence.
The #SaySomething campaign aims to end the silence around a problem that kills an average of 10 women a year in B.C. and injures thousands more.
The radio spots, multilingual videos and Facebook or Twitter posts direct people to a #SaySomething website which has links to services, as well as advice and strategies for getting help or intervening to help someone else.
The website is: saysomethingbc.ca.
