HEARTPA♀N is looking for women to inform the development of a mobile app

Friday, October 21 2016

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is increasing in women less than 55 years of age due to rising obesity and diabetes rates. Women with CAD have cardiac pain that differs from that of men. Our overall goal is to develop and systematically evaluate an integrated smartphone and web-based intervention (HEARTPAN) that will help women self-manage their cardiac pain.

If you are interested in collaborating to develop an innovative mobile and web based health solution for women (HEARTPAN) to provide real-time support for cardiac pain, please contact Dr. Monica Parry at 416-946-3561 or monica.parry@utoronto.ca orhttps://monicaparryresearch.ca/study-participation/ (Principal Investigator).

Sessions will be one hour in length. Refreshments and a $25 gift card will be provided.
