MENTAL HEALTH and PREGNANCY: Women’s Experiences in Canada

Friday, October 21 2016

The purpose of the study is to better understand women’s mental health experiences during perinatal period. St Mary Research Centre is looking for women 18 years or older, currently pregnant or having delivered within the last 4 years, who have experienced or are experiencing mental health issues, and have a formal or a self-identified diagnosis related to mental health issues. The interview takes place at a day and time of the participants’ choice and takes around one-hour. A collection of experiences will be developed and available in the website, so women undergoing similar challenges can freely access and learn from these experiences.
