Are you a new mom with a physical disability?
A researcher at the University of Toronto is currently looking for participants for a study exploring how physically disabled women experience pregnancy, labour, birth, and mothering.
You are invited to participate in this study if you are 18 years of age or older, live in the Toronto area, identify as woman with a physical or mobility-limiting disability, and have given birth in the last 5 years.
As a study participant, you would complete a demographic survey and a 60 to 90 minute interview. Interviews will be audio-recorded and take place in an accessible location of the participant’s choosing. In appreciation of your time and sharing your experience, you will receive $30. TTC tokens, attendant care, and childcare will be provided, if needed.
