Survey of Maternity Experiences in Rural OntarioFriday, December 5 2014
Did you live in a rural or remote community in Ontario around the time of pregnancy, birth or post-partum? Have you ever been a midwifery client, or wanted to be?
If so, we want to hear from you!
The Association of Ontario Midwives (AOM) is currently conducting a survey about the experiences of women in rural and remote areas of Ontario in accessing maternity services. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous - we will not ask you for your name or any other information that could identify you.
Your participation matters! Your input will help the AOM develop strategies and recommendations to improve maternity care in rural and remote communities in Ontario.
