Telephone Education Series for Women Diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer

Monday, July 26 2010

Ovarian Cancer Canada (OCC) is proud to present our latest resource for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer. The eight-part Telephone Education Series is designed to support women and their loved ones by offering information on a multitude of helpful topics to guide you through your journey with ovarian cancer. Covering pertinent subjects, ranging from dealing with side-effects to navigating the system to ensure the highest level of care, the series will showcase a panel of experts from across the country. Participants will dial a designated number and have an opportunity to interact with the panel after their presentation.

The tentative fall topics are advocacy, neuropathy, and coping with bowel related side effects. Other topics will be covered in early 2008, some in French. Please watch our website and OCC E-News for further details. For more information or suggestions, please contact Fran Turner at or toll-free at 1-877-413-7970 ext. 229.
