More than half of U.S. women over 35 have less sex during menopause, according to the Red Hot Mamas, a pharmaceutical company-funded menopause organization.

About 54 per cent of those polled reported a decrease in the frequency of sex with menopause.

The survey also found more than three-quarters of those in committed relationships say that sex is at least a somewhat important part of that relationship.

Yet fewer than half of those are satisfied with the amount of sex they have.
