Report finds that Conservative tax cuts disproportionately benefit high-income families
Ottawa, March 30 2006: Today the CCPA released Standing Up For Which Families? Who Benefits From the Conservative Tax Cut Promises, by CCPA Research Associate Sheila Block and CCPA Senior Research Economist Ellen Russell. The study finds that high-income families will receive a disproptionate share of the benefits from the Conservatives' tax cuts.
